Holiday Shipping Deadlines (Arrive By 12/24/25) 

All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.

Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.

Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following week. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.

U.S. Ground shipping is FREE on orders of $100+.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & Canada. Shipping to Military APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box addresses, are unavailable at this time.

Cancellations and Changes to Existing Orders

 

Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs (if applicable).

In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please ensure that you have selected Route Insurance at checkout for package protection.
