"Not sure why these are super extra fluffy/velvety, like someone just sat there with sand paper and scratched the suede, not a good look on DC, not sure if they were meant to be that way or manufacture defect but if so idk why you'd box them and send them, was not impressed."

"Always bought shoes directly, never had an issue. This pair, the right shoe causes discomfort. The inner part of the sole on the top edge is digging into the bottom of my foot. Ive emailed a few days ago about it but I have not heard back. The inner sole is the same as always, seems like the rim of the bottom sole sits slightly too high causing the discomfort. Any response would be appreciated"
