I have fallen in love with this bag. Never have I had a bag make carrying my bike tools, and other things so easy and without concern on my daily 10 mile commute through the forest of B.I. and city of Seattle. First thing are the straps and padding, they stay exactly where you want and set them at no matter how continuous or rapid your body movements are. I catch air? Bag is like a second skin, not shifting on my back at all. Also never, ever get 'kidney whack' from this bag. I have about thirty pounds in there between my laptop, tools, etc, and it all sits in place where I packed it, and the back's padding conforms to me comfortably. Lastly, being 6'4, most bag's straps eventually start to tear away from their top mount on me by simply putting them on, because of my arm length. Not the case here, I don't need to double adjust the straps once to put on, and again to fit snug. Thats a huge plus for me. Other points, Downpours of rain are no problem for this bag. Never had water from a Pacific Northwest downpour make it's way inside. Also whisk my body sweat away. But doesn't get stinky from it, or hold salt stains. Easily cleanable. Reflects well, huge plus on forest roads at night. Zippers and their tracks are tough. Never have an issue after packing it correctly with the zipper tracks bulging, or straining. The only negative has been the lack of an exterior pocket for holding some kind of water bottle. But that is such a minor point, and specific to my use, that I don't think it makes this bag any less than a five star product.
