The sole uses vulcanized rubber for phenomenal board feel and sole flex, while the outsole is built with an abrasion-resistant sticky rubber. DC's trademarked pill pattern graces the tread. Imported.

I have had several pairs of DC shoes in the past. I find DCs to generally be much more comfortable than other brands, and buying the same brand is good because the sizes match. This pair is pretty good, but they aren't much compared to my last few pairs. I always get lime green shoes, and that's why I ended up choosing this variety.
I had some concerns when I decided to buy them, and I was right about them. The upper of the shoe is really thin, almost like bowling shoes thin (but much more comfortable.) This makes it slightly less comfortable than pillowy shoes, and also harder to get on, because your heel gets caught on/bends the quarter.
I got the size I always get, but they seem a little too big, especially from heel to toe.
The thing that worries me the most, though, is the sole. It feels a little more like hard rubber than what I'm used to. I am not so sure it has air pockets or anything to cushion your foot from the ground.
I still love DC shoes, but I'm going to be a little less trusting next time I think about jumping into an online order.

I have had several pairs of DC shoes in the past. I find DCs to generally be much more comfortable than other brands, and buying the same brand is good because the sizes match. Great shoes I don't skate but I can feel the rubber grip great for when I go snowboarding and get geared up and what not handles ice like a champ. The only bad thing about these if you don't clean them the suede leather will matte up and look bad and they stain easily but all in all great shoe
