They do get a little toasty but I think that's just because they're black and I live in a hot area. overall, best pair of shoes I've ever had. A great first time experience for DC shoes.

The only thing is they should of had the straps match the side color. Like my shoes were black and had the "DC" in blue. The straps should of matched that.

I have worn many dc's this is the first pair i have encountered that were narrow. They fit more like an athletic shoe so my toes rub. They do however make a more secure fit when moving.
