The Pure XE says it loud and proud with the addition of a classic DC logo wrapped around the heel. Made from durable suede, nubuck or upper leather. The tongue and heel collar are foam padded for comfort and support. The upper also features vent holes for breathability, as well as metal lace eyelets. The performance-wrap cup sole incorporates DC's DGT rubber for durability and grip. DC's trademarked pill pattern graces the tread.

I wear these shoes almost every day. These are my first pair of DC's as I wasn't really into "skate shoes" I have worn basketball hightops for a long time. I had a pair of these in White/Black/Grey given to me for my birthday and at first was a little unsure as to the quality and comfort that could be had in a skate shoe. I put them on and loved them, I learned some cool ways to tie the laces and wear these daily. I am impressed with the overall quality of the shoe, comfort, street grip, padding, ease of cleaning (especially the soles), and style of the shoe. I am now most definatly going to keep wearing DC shoes.

Great looking shoe, with thick padding inside. I just got a pair of these shoes in BLK/DC PRINT. I ordered a size 14us men, because that's what I was wearing. The shoes arrived, and I tried them on. The shoe was too small, so I'm returning them for a size up, 15us men. So here I am trig to order a size 15us men in the same color but they skip two sizes in the middle of 14 and 17, no 15, & 16 size. Kinda lame because of how difficult it is to try to find shoes in my size that look good. Everyone that has my shoe size, only has a shoe that looks completely ridiculous, with really bright colors or some outrageous design. Only would recommend the shoe if they wore the size that DC has available.

I wear these to work everyday! They are so comfy and they go with just about everything- as a female they still work with my professional clothing because I chose more neutral colours. Love! My only complaint is they feel a tad wide, although that could be because they make men's shoes wider (I have more slender feet).
