This is a terrific jacket. It is by far the most comfortable snow jacket I have ever worn. It fits and feels just like a hoody. My main concern was going to be how warm the jacket is especially since it is just a shell, but my first powder day wearing the jacket I was blown away! It was snowing all day and about 15 degrees and the jacket kept me completely warm with no problems. Living in California and spending most of my slope time in Lake Tahoe I didn't feel I needed a super warm jacket, but I'm glad that it will keep me warm if I need it to. It also has great breathability since on those warmer days I never get too warm. The jacket also repels water beautifully. This is also a very stylish jacket that you can just wear out. The only thing I could nit pick on this jacket is that I would like the inside jacket pockets to velcro to keep items more secure. I have never had anything fall out as the pockets are pretty deep, but I would still like the added piece of mind. Over all an amazing jacket that I would buy again and recommend to anyone and everyone!

it gives you the best performance for skiing and snowboarding since it's light and it fits perfectly. but since I live in a very cold climate (it gets around -30 degrees sometimes in the winter) I usually consider wearing a warm shirt underneath it. otherwise it's still warm and light.
