Happy overall with the shoes but unhappy with product/ customer service. We finally got the shoes loved them but shoe laces were messed up! The one was already unraveling in middle of lace. So I called customer service to see if just could send more laces. The answer was no send the shoes back and they will replace in over a week once shoes are received. The problem was school started and those were her shoes so my 10 yr old was upset! I called customer service again to see if I could just buy laces said nope you have to find some somewhere else. Kept shoes and bought ugly laces! Owners beware issues will not be fixed if wrong!

My daughter fell in love with these, could not find proper size/color combination locally. Called DC's toll free number, surprisingly amazing customer service; knowledgeable, friendly person. Better price than store, free prompt shipping. Both my daughters have this style (different color combinations), wear them constantly, they fit properly, and are very, very durable. Would strongly recommend and buy again.
