These boots were awesome, very comfortable!! I knew to order almost 2 sizes bigger than what I actually wear because I've tried them on while out shopping a week earlier. My only issue with these boots is that on the left boot the plastic pieces that are over the holes on the upper part of the boot were loose when I received them in the mail. Then when I went to tie them up for the first time, both the top and bottom piece on the right side of the left boot popped off. I tried to put them back on but once they come off then it's impossible to put them back on properly. So now I have to wear these boots like that. These would be perfect if while they were being made the person putting these pieces on would make sure they are on there very tightly.
