the chelsea charms are super cute and my daughter absolutely loves them. dc shoes has an awesome customer service team that worked with me when we had an issue with the delivery...they treated me like they actually cared when usps didn't. problem was fixed immediately!! Christmas is coming up and we will be ordering more from dc shoes!!

They are a nice kids shoe. Except the advertisement online showed the shoe coming with a charm and apparently that shoe doesn't!! Kind of false advertising especially when a child is excited about the charm!!
