Web Return Policy and Procedures

DC's products are manufactured to the highest quality standards available in the industry. They are under warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

Any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of receipt, but only with a Return Authorization number (see below). DC Inc. will refund shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if DC Inc. made a mistake in the shipment of your order.

At this time, DC Inc. only processes returns and does not offer exchanges. If the customer desires to make an exchange, the merchandise must be returned and a new order must be placed at www.dcshoes.com/dcstore. Please note: Coupon codes are good only for one purchase. Additionally, the customer can not exchange any of the items purchased with the coupon. Any new orders to replace returned items will not be eligible for a discount.

The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once a return is received by DC Inc., it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement. Please call (888) 532-3130 or send an email to webreturns@dcshoes.com with the following information:

• Order Number/Customer PO Number (this begins with "W").
• Date that the customer received the order.
• Returned items must be unworn and unwashed in new condition unless a defective claim is being made.
• Model Name and Style Number of the item(s).
• Color and Size of the item(s).

The customer will then receive a Return Authorization number. Please use the shipping label that was included with the package to return the package to DC Inc. and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box near this shipping label. Any package received by DC Inc without a Return Authorization number will be returned to sender.
