  • What is your return policy?

    Online & Phone Purchases Return Policy

    • Items purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged by mail or at any DC Shoes retail store.
    • For a full refund returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.
    • Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name and address or they will not be accepted.
    • Returns in store without a receipt will be issued a merchandise credit at the current selling price of the product.
    • Women's swimwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached.
    • Shipping & Handling fees and Gift Wrap are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.

    Retail Store Purchases Return Policy

    • For a full refund returns must be made within 60 days with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.
    • Returns without a receipt will be issued a merchandise credit at the current selling price of the product.
    • All sales are final on women's swimwear.

  • What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?
    If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Customer Service Department immediately at 1-888-532-3130. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

    Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.
